By staffing according to the number of bookings, event organizers can efficiently allocate resources, ensuring that each event is well-managed and enjoyable for all attendees. Moreover, the transferability of booking fees offers flexibility, allowing participants to pass on their booking to someone else if they cannot attend, thus maintaining the event's viability and attendee satisfaction.
